Does the black glaze(?) mean it’s not arts and crafts? Or reproduction arts and crafts?

Does the black glaze(?) inside tell me anything else?

    Many thanks from this beginner!

Black would indeed be unusual for an arts and crafts vase. I would guess it's a cheap interior coating to ensure the vase is waterproof. Difficult to say too much more from these pictures. Bottom shot?

Thanks for the bottom shot. The color and the way the feet are glazed makes me think that it's an import. Would also explain the black interior.

Thanks Don. I was a little suspicious of it because of the black glaze and it’s weight (it feels light). It’s still a lovely fall vase for dried flowers at $10 :)
