Blackfoot Tribe Seated Indian sculpture

This sculpture is made of what feels like some type of clay, not heavy though . The inside is filled with foil and a part of the sculpture on back shows some foil sticking out.
It is signed and has teepees and some numbers and reads, Blackfoot at bottom side.
I haven't cleaned it yet, I guess I should maybe I will see the signature better, unless someone here knows who made it . The estate sale I got it from, the lady use to work in Idywild, Ca. beginning in the 60's to the 90's . So not sure if this was made there and a tourist piece or if she got it in her travels .

Anybody know who might have made this ? If not, I will clean off tomorrow .
