Blue and White Asian Dishes

    These are the only 2 pictures I have. Was wondering if anyone can tell me the origin of these plates.

    Chinese, if you rotate the mark 90 deg clockwise the bottom left character says 'made', can't decipher the rest.

    I think Japanese, for the same reason!

    It could be 'sei' Screenshot_1.jpg in Japanese like the pic here, but when I've seen the character in the form on op's post it has more commonly been Chinese. Certainly wouldn't rule Japanese out though.
