Blue art glass pedestal bowl, wondering if anyone might know a maker or region it came from. Measures 10 5/8" wide and is 5 7/8" tall. Thanks

The listing that flipper linked to didn't have any information to indicate why/how the seller determined it was made in Italy.

It is similar to Blenko 6950, but the size isn't right nor are the crimps. Although I'm not sure it's Blenko, but most likely one of the other West Virginia glass companies rather than Italian. Several WV companies made similar designs.

 

I was going to say, they are guessing on the piece...they didn't even know if it was a glass or a bowl...so cluttered and/or msgood could both be correct. I just saw something that looked like Josh's and gave him something to start with.
