Blue Glass Pitcher Clear Applied Handle

Had this for a bit but haven't found anything about it. Stands 5" tall to the top of the handle. The bottom has a honeycomb type design. The foot is also clear glass. Any idea of maker?

The top & sides look similar to Fenton, but as far as I am aware, Fenton did not make bottoms like that.
