Blue glass pitcher help please

    I think I posted this awhile ago and wasn't able to get any info on it. I thought I'd try again. The Blue color is what attracted me to it. It stands 10 3/8" tall and had a paneled design on the inside ( Hard to see in the pics). There is no pontil that I can see, and it has what appears to be a pinched spout. Any info or comments would be appreciated!

    The Ice lip puts it in the 20th century.
