Blue Milk Glass

Blue milk glass tumbler with a diamond point pattern. measures 5" tall and is 3" wide. I really thought this would be easy to identify, but so far no luck.

 

I was thinking Westmoreland English Hobnail. However your blue is different. Maybe just the lighting or monitor colors.

English Hobnail was my first thought as well, but the pattern in different.

 

English Hobnail has a little X on the tip of each hob, your piece has no Xs

 

That is a beautiful color, @Josh . Seems unusual, but maybe others have seen it.

 

Have you checked Fenton? That's another possibility. I don't have time to look right now.

Maybe @TallCakes has an insight into this pattern.

 

no ideas really; did find similar at WP (one had rayed base) noted as blue opaline and from eBay UK. makes me think possibly Victorian or later; possibly French...

From one of the WorthPoint links. This appears to be older than the OP's, so possibly French as suggested.

I think the OP's is a newer copy. Seems to be a deeper blue.
Imperial made copies of Vallerystahls glass. Another avenue for investigation.
