    Hi,
Reminds me of a wine pourer more than a tea pot.

yes,but i think the wine pourer didn't exist in china at that time, mostly people drink wine or qiu from the jar that pour into the small bowl, just like what you saw in kungfu movie!

I'm with cluttered, mid 20th century, missing the bamboo handle.
Hand painted, export ware made in coastal China (Fujian?) for the Southeast Asian market. A fun piece, but since it is not antique you'd need to get the handle replaced. An antique piece could get away with not having a handle. Only just.;)
Great for a collector of Foo lions, etc.:D
The thin spout reminds me of a wine pourer, as Greg said.

I’m seeing comparatively few with 4 loops as opposed to 2. Is that just based on the the makers fancy, or any meaningful reason? Just curious, thanks!

I vote 20th c, too. That pale blue background colour/glaze seems to be typical of that era.

Not bad. Chinese farmers carry this type of large tea pot to field to provide tea of the whole day they work. Hand painted, but the inside of the lid shows machined circles, which I would say mid 20th century.
