blue white porcelain trinity box with curious number 45 & 2

    Hi guys, please help with this one I found in an op shop for $2.

    At the beginning, it looked like Chinese or Japanese to me and maybe over 100 years old, so I bought it. But after a closer look, it has interesting number 45 & 2. Does it mean anything special? or just a code of traceability linked to a worker? Is it English?

    The size is 85mm in diameter and 45mm high.

    Looks to me like the kind of box used to hold paste ink for a chop?
