Bohemian Glass Vase

Any thoughts on the maker of this lovely vase? It's 9 3/8" tall, pink shading to almost clear, gold scrolls, square opening with rounded corners. The base doesn't have a ground and polished pontil--it's smooth with a slightly bumpy center, though I couldn't get the little bumps to show in a picture.

 

I have seen similar gold decoration on St Louis, French pieces. But I do not know if this is theirs.
