Here's a new batch of books I'll be donating. In a few days, I'll draw names from a bowl if more than one person would like the same book. I hope some of 'em find a new home!

I'll be happy to ship these books by Media Mail to keep the cost down.

If you'd like to see a photo, or would like more info about the edition, size, condition, etc., please ask!

    1. A Captive of Time; My Years with Pasternak, by Olga Ivinskaya
    2. The Dragon, by Alfred Coppell
    3. Haywire, by Brooke Hayward
    4. Act Thin, Stay Thin, by Jean Nidetch

    5. Venice; Views and Echoes, an unused 1964 spiral-bound desk calendar with images of paintings and prints depicting scenes in Venice

    6. 150 Ways to Play Solitaire, by Alphonse Moyse, Jr.
    7. The Faces of Justice, by Sybille Bedford
    8. Holcroft Covenant, by Robert Ludlum

OMG, I did too. Then I gave it to my 10 yr old nephew on xmas one year, and solitair became his obsession.

Our family has never had anything against giving used books as gifts, "just so you know, I did read that book before I wrapped it." Was kind of a running joke when you gave someone an obviously old book or well thumbed book.
Pat P, yourturntoloveit and Figtree3 like this.

Lilfont, that is funny - I love family jokes!
