Grabbed this today. Thought it was an absolute bargain but noticed a couple of smudges on the bus on the way home. Not sure if they are part of the original, errors from the printing process or damage incurred afterwards. Still, it's a cute picture.

Yes, that would be as opposed to the ersatz, counterfeit variety. High Probable...

Hmm...You got a need-to-know, fella? That's considered sensitive personal information...one of those curs might get his wee feelings hurt, with you sniffing around for descendants, legitimate or bastard variety. Tsk.

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

original etching by French artist Boris O'Klein. This print is called "Chacun Son Tour" which means "Wait Your Turn". This is part of the very popular "Dirty Dogs of Paris" series which were produced in this original etching format from the 1930s-1950s (there are more modern prints but they are not signed in pencil and do not have the etching lines). This etching has great color and has the title hand signed by the artist in pencil, as well as the signature. On the top right it says "Copyright by O'Klein Charmarande (S & O), and on the upper right it says "Il au Forte Original".

Actually...... it says...... everyone gets their turn.....;)

Bev aka thelmasstuff Colored pencil artist extraordinaire ;)

I sold one of these for a friend who inherited it when her parents died. She remembers it being in the bathroom when she was growing up. I can't recall how much we got for it, but it was popular at one time. He did a few versions of this.

Not much interest in mine. A few views but no watchers. I think the smudges have put people off.
