bottle or vase-blown glass with rigaree

    This is an odd bottle or bud vase. It may have had a cork but there is no indication of a stopper.
    It has 4 loop handles with trailing rigaree.
    It has a concave clear glass dome in the bottom.
    There is a rough pontil.
    8.5" tall and 4.5" in diameter.
