    Bought this bottle today.

I thought it could be Anchor Hocking, due to the anchor mark, and the style looks a bit like their Lido Milano range

but the AH mark that looks the most like this one, should be in a square, like this one

https://glassbottlemarks.com/anchor-hocking-glass-corporation/ also shows this version, without the square

which is a mark used after 2009, and I assume my bottle is older.
The only other anchor mark I found, is the one visible in this post https://www.antiquers.com/media/glass-marks-example.676/ by UncleChuckTX

But that's the company that merged with Hocking, forming Anchor Hocking, and that would date it to pre 1937.
Is it any of these marks? Or is there another company using this anchor mark?

Would a US bottle have 0.35L.

I think US used Fluid Ounces.

I also thought about that, but I thought I had seen google showing one with litres. But maybe that was google being "useful" again, by showing images that had nothing to do with the search words ...

On a few sites it's mentioned that the US does sometimes use L for beverages

Google Lens leads to a few items from Empoli with a similar pattern, like this one

but so far, no luck finding one with an anchor mark

Completely different style bottle, but definitely the same anchor.
Listed as "Vintage Anchor Hocking Tall Green Glass Empoli Style Bottle F-999",
    but ....
the seller mentions: "Garofoli Deposita 4" along the bottom ring
And Garofoli is an Italian wine brand, so it does indeed seem to be Empoli/Italian glass
