Box and buttons

    hi everyone
    Found this box and some buttons inside them. I found some metal buttons as well can I post them here or on another forum ?

    Is this celloid or bone ?

    hello tiny tim ...buttons and box are ivory...good prominent grain on buttons and obvious on box rim 3 pictures down....most likely Indian..hope this helps...regards ...pewter2
