The Mexican piece was made in Taxco, sometime after 1979, by a maker whose name began/begins with the letter R.
Milor is a prominent Italian jewellery manufacturer. The crystal bracelet looks home made. The Mexican bracelet is very handsome, set with tiger's eye stones.
Hi, Thanks for the photo of the Italian bracelet. I have the same markings on mine. It is marked 925 milor as yours but mine is really bright gold. The gold scrapper offered me 275 for the bracelet. He said it was 14kt but now I am thinking it is gold plated Sterling. I wore it for several years and it has not shown any signs of wearing through I am wondering if I should have sold then. greg
Yep.(LOL) Milor makes gold, sterling, and now bronze jewelry. They're a well-known maker in Italy who are fairly fake-resistant. They aren't famous enough to make it worth the effort. Their gold made for export is 585 - 14k.
