Brass Bowl

    Any thoughts?

    Anyway, it got you somewhere, a bit closer to the answer.:)
    In the 60s and 70s Western Europe was flooded with all sorts of copper and brass from Greece, including this style. That doesn't mean it is actually Greek, they made what they thought would sell.

    But what's with the Asian characters on the other example? Over decorated?
