    I've had this bronze or brass cake slice type utensil and have managed to photo the signature if anyone can decipher it. 20251230_230648.jpg 20251230_224957.jpg

    It looks like ancient Greek to me.
    I used AI and it says the first word is

    Greek, spelling out "Γαγής" (Gagis).

    It does not look at all like Greek to me, although the first bit might be seen that way, if you strain.

    When I lensed it, AI told me:
    The image shows the etched signature of Italian artist Livio Seguso.

    Clearly not that either. I think you have to look to India or Southeast Asia for this.

    I'm still not sure what makes this a cocktail item. No size given, but looks more for tea & cake time.

    If you mirror reverse the numbers you get 1916 which was the Easter Rising in Eire
    There could be some Irish Gaelic letters in there.
