Brass or Bronze Serving Tray?

It looks to be a serving tray, possibly Middle Eastern or Asian? There are no markings on the back to help with my search. I wanted to see if anyone happened to know what it was, the maker, period, value, etc? I’m not sure of the material either, I used a magnet & it doesn’t stick to anywhere except the rim around the edge, thought maybe it could be brass or bronze? The size is 15 1/4 inches. Any info helps.

    Welcome, Jessi.
    Your tray is beautiful. It is brass from Kashmir in NW India. It is classic Kasmiri work and is still being made today.
    This was made by one of the better craftspeople, the detail is stunning. It clearly has some age, but difficult to say how much.
