My experience with these (I've got maybe 20, of various shapes, sizes & materials) is that they are rarely marked. So I haven't done any real research on them, as there seems to be no good place to begin.

This one has a single character in isolation (no surrounding 'cartouche'); I'm usually able to orient them correctly, but this is my best guess about that.

~5" diameter at the rim, ~2¾" high, ~2½" diameter foot rim; ~12 ¾ oz. The mark is ~½" square.

    Please translate, if possible...and Thanks!
