Does anyone know much about the Toby Face Mugs/Tankards? They are made from brass I believe, and are extremely heavy. I may be able to get a set of 12 in all different sizes, but I know very little about them, or metalware in general. Theoretically I could make a decent profit, though I'm not sure how hard sourcing a buyer for them would be. Perhaps having a complete set would make them more desirable?

For those who may not know what I am talking about, here is four for sale on ebay: http://www.ebay.ie/itm/4-Cast-Brass...516659?hash=item33c24335b3:g:ZokAAOSwKOJYGjHY

I'd avoid these. The usual term is character mugs or jugs. They are not antique, just a bit oldish, and unlike many items from the 60s, do not have a style that makes them popular today.
Somebody who collects kitsch items might buy one, only a devoted masochist would want 12 of them. Just my opinion of course, tastes may differ where you are. :)
