Brass Vase Lamp

    The stand is marked Made In India and is slighly magetic as the ram heads and the top. That's typical for the Indian "brass". But the body is not magnetic.
    Any thoughts?

    Very stylish.
    Looks like it was made as a lamp. Possibly rewired, the scratch marks around the hole suggest there was an extra 'thing' there, like a washer. I'm sure there is a better term for it.

    All pretty modern and made as a lamp. Patina is chemically applied.
