Brockway Glass Miniature Bottle

    Hmmm, interesting, yes. Look like it either melted or someone tried to make something else from the bottle and stopped.

    The top is threaded so I't think it was meant to have a screw cap. I don't think the company was making decorative pieces so I wonder what's the deal with it. There is some kind of black residue that looks like the one found on the iron pontils.

    Someone took a blow-torch to it - I've watched guys do it to their soda and beer bottles since the late '60s...

    Looks like it was a normal condiment bottle, maybe for hotsauce, until the neck was stretched tilting the screw top
