Last year there was a thread devoted to inkwells and I posted a photo, but I'm thinking of listing mine and don't know what style this is. It looks 1930-ish to me.

I agree with ClutteredCloset. Something like this is likely to be much older than 1930s. The decoration looks sorta Art-Nouveau. So that would be turn-of-century, 1890s-1900s. It has its original liner, so that's good. Most of these, the liners are broken and long-gone. Finding replacements isn't always easy.

I'd give the liner a jolly good clean in warm, soapy water to remove any ink-residue, and then replace it into the inkwell, but otherwise leave it alone. If it was brass, then I'd suggest polishing the inkwell too, but I think people like bronze to be aged.

Neo-classical or Empire Revival. I bet it's French.

Looks like the Temple of Vesta, Rome.
Grand tour souvenir building might be good descriptor if you list it.

Definitely. But it could have been made anywhere.

    It is cute.

I hate to say it, but my first reaction was Oscar the Grouch's can.(LOL) It's nicer than that, but even so.
