Bronze Wall Plaque Woman with Horse. sig help please

    bronze4.jpg bronze.jpg bronze1.jpg Bronze wall plaque... 14" by 7" weighs 12lbs. Dated Nov 1998. Here is the signature with some flour added to bring it out. I think the last word could be Nakasone or Makasone? I am posting as is but will try for more clear photos of the signature.
