Brush-Mccoy Expert Opinion Deco Vase

Please help me with this vase that is marked 703, only thing I can relate it to is Brush-Mccoy pottery in that there is a timeline where they only put numbers on them measures 11" H and 7" at its widest.

I have not seen this design as a Brush McCoy vase.

It's not a McCoy vase and I doubt very much it's Brush. It just doesn't look like one of their shapes and Brush usually used incised numbers as opposed to raised numbers. There is a Brush vase #703 but it's a different shape.
