Bulgarian ceramic pieces

Howdy was introduced to Bulgarian ceramics today after finding these 2 items. Realise they still sell things like this but I was wondering what the devil is the one on the right only small about 3 inches across iinitially thought an olive oil pourer but very small. I must say after googling they have some mighty fine stuff. Also is there any age to these and is there a way to tell thanks chris

 

If it helps with the search, those are Troyan pottery. From the label, I think yours are a little older. 70s. Mini oil container.

 

The top of this one is the same shape, apparently for mulled rakia, a Bulgarian alcoholic drink. Maybe yours is for a single measure, the rim is for those who are already drunk to keep them from spilling drink all over their clothes?
