Found a set of three of the little dishes and i assume they are butter pats. They measure 3 3/4" in diameter and are signed on the backs. Was wondering if anyone might know the origin and if they are butter pats or were designed for another use. Thanks

Have you checked gotheborg.com? I always look for Asian marks there. Have good luck most of the time!

At that size, I would think more often used for tea bags or small spoons. An overall modern look to them which often means you don't find the marks on Gotheborg (you should look anyway.)

Not that I know of, but that doesn't mean they don't exist somewhere.

In a place midway between under the mantel, and over the fireplace... :)

Sorry for the late reply. Yes they are more modern i would say. Had no luck on Gotheborg. Thanks for all of the help.
