BWC overlaid with "OTHERS" - trying to identify small pinback.

    I'm trying to identify this pin. It has BWC in blue letters, overlaid with "OTHERS". No luck on google. Does anyone recognize the pin or know what the BWC stands for? Thanks! ... Dave

    Thanks for the suggestion Peggy. I have the feeling the pin is older, based on the spotting on the front side, plus the style of the clasp on the back. I can't figure out the "others" part either.
