Byers Anchor Sunderland - Brass

Looking for some advice re this item. this item is approximately 6 inches in length. A search showed me a 9 inch version for sale at $1,300 and much much smaller 30mm versions available for about £75.
Obviously this falls somewhere between the two. How common or sought after would this item be?
It was found in my partner's grandparents garage

 

Its original.it predates the war and the Nazis as the symbol is older than their appropriation of it. And yes that link is the same one where I saw the $1300 figure.
Hopefully it restores well and though won't command that price may be nearer that than the much smaller versions

what is there to " restore " ??

 

I just meant clean it up a bit. As in restore it to something like its original condition...
