C.1977 Baseball cards - who issued them?

A friend gave me a stack of cards her husband collected growing up: 16 c.1987 Topps baseball cards, 27 of these baseball cards, a stack of M&M Olympic cards (some of these sell very nicely), and a few Kodak Olympic cards.

These cards have no markings that I can find. Does anyone know anything about them?

The stats on the backs of these cards all end at 1977, so I am assuming that they were issued that year. They appear to have been cut out of something, as you can see the dotted line on many of them. They are on some type of lightweight white box material (maybe a cereal box?) or card stock.

They measure 3 1/4" by 2 1/4".
