C/T under crown "1924" similar to Ludwigsburg or Carl Thieme . Cant seem to identify this mark

it looks similar to both. It's different than 18th cent. Ludwigsburg mark but those have 2 Cs, not this hybrid C and T. Carl Thieme was known to make some knock offs in the days after WW I. None of them appear to put year dates under the mark or use that horizontal bar. The grouping is similar to a Ludwigsburg piece that resides in MOMA (I will post a link) Guessing this one is more recent knock off. The solution to this one is: it's Nymphenburg porcelain (you can se the impressed Nymphenburg shield). They originally purchased many Frankenthal molds; when they reused one of those, the item received (next to the impressed Nymphenburg mark) the blue Frankenthal base mark in combination with the year of the recast.

This is some great knowledge thank you. The other Nymphenburg ones I see like this are all blanc du chien (4 of them on worthpt). Is it significant that this one is painted? I guess that's good.
