Cairoware Bowl with Lid

Hello all, I have found some interesting Islamic (?) pieces, one of which is this cairoware bowl. It is just under 4" tall to the top of the finial on the lid. The bowl itself is 2 1/4" tall and 3 1/4" wide. I am wondering if an age can be put to this? Also, I think the lid may be a marriage; the design work doesn't really match. But could that be purposeful? What do you think? Thanks for looking and your thoughts!
