Featured Cake Stand & 4 plates

Hi,
I picked these up today, I think I've seen them before. No marks, bamboo design on the edge, feels Asian but I think English. Colour doesn't show up well but they are a cream colour with the edge in white. The work is lovely, all hand painted.
Any ideas?

Hmmm...these are puzzling me. I'll think on it a bit...not that that will help!

 

Thanks Wendy! They seem so familiar to me, no idea why though. They aren't a thin porcelain, maybe would be considered ironstone? My photos don't do them justice, the colours are quite amazing.

 

Which one is the cake stand? They are lovely!

@cxgirl I was just looking through some of my "watched" threads and noticed this one you posted long ago. Did you ever find out what these were? Do you still have them, or are they gone now?

I love botanical and bird designs and this thread caught my eye again.

 

Wow, this is a blast from the past I never found out who or where on these. I think they may be packed in a box as I never listed them.
