All I know is that it's silver plated in Sheffield.

(I bought it for £2.50 at a jumble sale today - was that a good buy in your opinions?)

Im guessing 1970s just from the style of the letters,but I could be wrong. Its a nice tray,and would look fabulous with a nice decanter set on a bar.

 

I'd get about a tenner for that, so not bad.

I'd say about the same money on this side of the Atlantic. Silverplate doesn't sell for much, unless there's something special about the design and it's old. Preferably both. I'd say polish it up and throw your jewelry on it.
