Featured Can anyone help decipher this signature on this sculpted painting?

    So if theres another name for this type of painting I apologize in advance for getting it wrong, it's a raised, almost sculpted with paint, painting. But I really want to see if I'm seeing this signature right. I see Polo G. ? What do you guys see?

    Impasto is the term I believe.

    The back looks like the owner was so protective of it that he etched his last name and zip code? onto both the stretcher bar and the frame!

    I was wondering what that was it looks like it says Swanee 738L4 and the other says Swanee L738L4 I've tried googling both but had zero hits

    I believe it's mass produced and the number is just a stock # and it's on the parts of the frame so they'd match up in production.

    Makes sense it does appear to be a double frame..
