Many good artists-fame's fleeting & mercurial.Even Shakespeare, El Greco and others were minimalized at times.

This info may not help, but this camera shop/framer went out of business in the mid 1990s. Hubby had camera repairs done there.

    A Brad-H. Rice poss ?
Debora-Back label on framing material (cardboard). Painting surface-canvas mounted on thick paper board.Tack hole in each corner of the canvas, possibly tacked to a portable easel or drawing board and done quick as a quick study/oil sketch-onsite.

That's a serious-looking logo! Bet the shop didn't mess around with would-be shoplifters.

Aquitaine, at least this is signed! Seems like so many highish-skill artists sadly never sign their works.
