Can anyone help me with this chair?

Hi! I joined this forum looking for some advice / insight into this chair. I have no idea if it's actually antique but I think my Dad got it from an antiques fair. I'm looking to part with it and am wondering if it's worth anything or if I should just take to a charity shop? I don't know anything about it so am wondering if someone here could help! It has no labels. Thanks in advance ☺️

Personally, I don't recognize it as anything special.

Maybe put it in a local bricks & mortar auction house rather than a charity shop.

I'm not finding an exact match. It may be a Maurizio Tempestini or a knock-off of one.

I am not recognizing it either but it is interesting. Would think someone would want it.

Looks to be original upholstery and caning. What would that be? 1950s?

It does look like a 50s design.
It is very nice and could be special, certainly not just any old chair.

Flip it over and look for label, tag, markings.

Thanks all! Will have a better look for a label but don't think there is one. I can get photos of back and side. The wood and caning is in good condition but upholstery looks like it needs some cleaning up.

If I was to stick it on say eBay or FB marketplace, how do I go about describing it? Sorry - totally clueless! And what would you advise the starting price to be? Thank you so much

Would call it a Mid-century modern arm chair. Value is very much location dependent. I would shoot for $50.00 here in my semi-rural Midwest market. You might get triple that in or near a big city (maybe even more in LA or NYC). Start a little high and be willing to bargain. You can always come down if necessary.
