Can anyone help with these Lamps?

I bought these two lamps at an estate sale and I can not trace their origin. They both have carved underneath N.H.B. 1967 (the markings are not identical). I don’t know how to tell if they are porcelain or ciramic. Any help would be appreciated.

I see a cord but where is there a light? Think these are hobby decorated and bought as ceramic greenware (Or might they be chalk?). Initials and date are of the decorator.

 

I will get a better pic of the light when I get home, they come out the top of the Angels head. They have a gloss to them, picked them up pretty cheap at an estate sale. Hopefully I can sell them after I identify what they are.

 

I agree with Brad about them being a ceramic hobbyist product.

JMHO - Lamps are notoriously a hard sell on ebay due to the shipping costs unless it is something fairly special. If you have a shop or a booth in a mall I could see them selling to someone who goes into the over the top Hollywood Regency style.
