Can anyone help with this Japanese pottery mark?

    I think the right column reads Nippon? The vase measures 12" tall.

    U sure that's Japanese, & not some Indian script ?....hummmm?

    Not sure about anything with this piece but I think you're right, maybe Pakistan.

    Yes, the right column reads 日本 "Japan" and the left reads 錦光山造 "Made by Kinkozan."

    WOW...& I thought Japanese printing was tough.....this guys script ...threw me !
