Can anyone ID This? Looks like Capodimonte, but says made in France

    Not Capodimonte. Many other companies have used the crowned N (it is not an official logo or mark for any maker.) Original Capodimonte ceramics (this looks like enamel on brass not ceramic) has not been made in over 200 years and would never have been marked "Made in" anywhere, much less in English.

    It's pretty, for sure, but hard to say who made it.
