Can anyone identify how old this is & marker?

    Interesting. I know next to nothing about glass but still, I'd take a wild guess that it is late 20th. C and comes from Europe. The design looks kinda clumsy to me, just a personal opinion I guess. I'd call it a multi-colored novelty glass goblet. To me it isn't high quality work or a design that would find its way into formal dining situations.
