Can anyone identify this iron step

    I found a forged / cast iron step in the dirt in a valley near my house. This area in Northern Arizona was used by ranch cowboys and a stage/wagon route in the late 1800's. It looks like a step with old carriage bolts but I am not sure what it is. It has a star cast into the center of the rays on the step. Thanks

    Carriage or stage I'd say.
    You can edit your photos to full image. It's better. :)
