Can anyone identify this mirror?

i came across this mirror today.
It has a green tinge to the glass. It seems like it has layers to the glass. I think I can see into the back of the mirror and I can see specks on the flat part at the back of the glass. It has a wood frame. It looks like it might have been attached to a dresser or something at one time. The screws in the back are small and use a flat head.

Can anyone tell me how old it could be? And any other info would be helpful.

    Thanks

The frame is oak. It may - or may not - have come from a men's shaving stand, a fairly rare furniture form. I'd date it to ca. 1900-1910.
