    Hi

    I'm in the UK and my friend has this plate and is looking for more items in the same pattern. I can normally answer his queries but this one has me puzzled.

    English in origin.
    Late 1800s most likely.

    The photo is a bit fuzzy when blown up but can you tell if it's entirely hand painted or if it's painted over a transfer?

    Are there any impressed marks on the base?
