    Hello everyone,

I'm new to this and would love to start collecting. I have a few vases that I am trying to ID and learn about. The first one is below. I think the mark reads to Tongzhi Nian Sei though I might be wrong. Thanks!

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I like the bird design on it. Can't help with any information, though. Welcome to Antiquers, @CraigAK !

Artificial aging on the edge. Style is attractive but probably indicative of Home Goods or Marshall's stock given the Made in China sticker. Caution when assessing marks. This one is sloppy stamping, clearly not of the period.

Thanks for the info. That aging around the edge was coming off with a damp cloth I think it can all be cleaned off. Yeah, it seems that sticker is a good indicator of time period plus the stamp is a bit blurry. I will stick it on eBay, it's still a nice piece someone might want, but I wouldn't expect much from it.
