Can anyone tell if this is an Antique?

I found this in a Goodwill Outlet store in Richmond Virginia. It's heavy and is all one piece. It's some type of metal. The hand of the face that looks like a God at the bottom has a shiny goldish color. It's interesting and has me curious. I guess it's more than likely a replica but I'd like to.know more about it.

Looks to be a reproduction of a medieval hanging candelabra. Obvious Christian symbolism. Maybe Byzantine. Would expect an old one to be of better quality and finished both sides. My best guess would be India for origin.

There are similar, definitely not identical, ones on eBay. Most of them have a Russian double eagle or 2 hanging from them. With St. George slaying the dragon at the top probably denotes Russia as St. George is on the city coat-of-arms of Moscow. The whole motif gives off a Byzantine or Russian orthodox flavor.
