The pattern (without decoration) is called Peach Crest, which is Silver Crest with a pink interior. The Charleton Decorating Co. bought the peach crest vases from Fenton and then hand painted them as shown. That decoration is called Charleton Rose. You should be able to find other examples over on the 'bay to see what the value is.

Charleton was a trade style used by Ables, Wasserberg & Co. A New York decorating Co. If memory is right ceased operations in the lat 1960s.

you can sometimes find these old web pages on 'the wayback machine'. here's one link showing the #192 'Charleton Roses' décor:

I think the website was shutdown after the release of their book (this vase with a handle (ewer) is shown on the cover of the book):

forgot to mention that chataboutdg has some of the Charleton line in their gallery:

I found the shape in the Charleton book. It's on pg. 75. Description is Fenton Mould #192, 8" Peach Crest Melon vase, double crimp. The book shows an unusual variation. The bottom is decorated in thistles. The authors could not confirm the thistle decoration is Charleton. Your vases are definitely Charleton Rose decoration though.
