Featured Can anyone tell me the name of the cartoon artist on this old Valentine card?

    This valentine is made up of a die cut cardstock heart, about 8 " tall, printed text , then glued on cut out pictures. There is no maker's mark or signature, but I think this is an early commercially made card.
    I think I should recognize the artist, but I can't figure it out. Does anyone recognize the style? Thanks.

    Boy, that's going to be a tough one. Her clothing is 1930s (and apologies if I'm telling you something you already know.)
