Hi, I live in Texas and was visiting a privately owned beach yesterday. There were many items there that had washed up on the shore during hurricane Harvey, mostly tires and bottles, but I found this slightly buried in the sand near these pottery shards. I was wondering if any of you know what this is, what it's made of, and if it has an interesting history. Thanks!

The doll appears to be a frozen Charlotte.

The others are black and white transferware and what is probably a flow blue transferware pattern. The black and white possibly could be identified further with some research though the blue pattern might prove more of a challenge since there is so little of it.

It's also possible that the doll had arm attached where those little holes are on the torso.
